What is Superface Rewards?
Superface Rewards is our loyalty program that lets you earn points, unlock exclusive benefits, and enjoy member-only offers.
Every interaction, from shopping to following us on social media, helps you build rewards for your next ritual.
How do I join the program?
Create a Superface account using your email.
Membership is free, and you will receive welcome points after joining.
Do I need an account to earn and use points?
Yes.
You can shop as a guest, but to earn and redeem points you must:
- Verify your email and log in to your Superface account
- Access the Rewards button or Rewards page at least once
After this, your activity will be recognized and your points will appear automatically.
Can I earn points before making a purchase?
Yes.
You can earn points through actions such as:
- Creating a Superface account
- Signing up for our newsletter
- Leaving product reviews
- Following Superface on Instagram or TikTok
- Sharing on social media
All available point-earning actions are listed in the Ways to earn section on the Rewards page.
How do I redeem my points?
- Log in to your Superface account
- Click the Rewards button or visit the Rewards page
- Select a reward you want to redeem
- A coupon code will be generated. Copy it and apply it at checkout before completing your order
Welcome points, newsletter points, and all other earned points can be redeemed in the same way.
When will I receive points for my purchase?
Points from your purchase are added to your account after your order is fulfilled.
Once your points appear, you can use them on your next order.
Can I apply points to an order that has already been placed?
Points cannot be applied to past purchases.
After your previous order is fulfilled, the points you earned will be available for your next purchase.
Do points or rewards expire?
Points remain valid for 12 months from the date they are earned.
Coupons redeemed with points will show their individual expiration dates in your account.
Do I earn points on discounted items or promotions?
Yes.
You earn points on eligible purchases even when items are on promotion, unless otherwise stated.
What happens to my points if I cancel or return an order?
Points earned from a canceled or refunded order will be removed from your account.
If those points have already been used, your balance may temporarily show a negative value.
I checked out as a guest. Can I still receive points?
If you used the same email address that you later use for your Superface account, your points will sync automatically after login.
If points do not appear, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
Can I transfer or share my points with someone else?
No.
Points and rewards are personal and cannot be transferred or merged between accounts.
How does the referral program work?
Invite a friend using your unique referral link.
- Your friend receives a coupon for their first purchase
- After their purchase is completed, you receive your referral reward automatically

What are the membership tiers and benefits?
Superface Rewards offers three tiers.
Your tier is determined by your total spending since your start date.
MEMBER
Qualification: $0~$499 spent
Point rewards:
- 1 point per $1 spent
- Points granted after fulfillment
Benefits:
- 75 Birthday Points ($3 value)
- Earn points through all eligible actions (reviews, social follows, newsletter, etc.)
PRIME
Qualification: $500~$999 spent
Point rewards:
- 1 point per $1 spent
- Points granted after fulfillment
Benefits: - 75 Birthday Points ($3 value)
- $2 off tier coupon upon entering this tier
- Early access to new product launches and select promotions
- Receive exclusive promotions
VIP
Qualification: $1,000+ spent
Point rewards:
- 2 points per $1 spent
- Equivalent to 8 percent back in value
- Points granted after fulfillment
Benefits: - 75 Birthday Points ($3 value)
- $5 off tier coupon upon entering this tier
- Early access to new product launches and select promotions
- Receive exclusive VIP promotions
- Fastest point-earning rate

How much are my points worth?
Get rewarded for your skinvestments. Earn even more as you level up.
Point values:
- 125 points = 5 dollars off
- 250 points = 10 dollars off
- 375 points = 15 dollars off
- 400 points = 20 dollars off
Point value ratio:
- Member and Prime: 1 point = 0.04 dollars in value (4 percent back)
- VIP: 2 times earning rate (8 percent back)
Do international customers earn points as well?
Yes.
Superface Rewards is available globally for customers purchasing through Superface.life unless otherwise specified.
Where can I check my points, rewards, and tier status?
Log in to your account and click the Rewards button or visit the Rewards page.
You can see:
- Your total points
- Available rewards
- Your current tier and progress toward the next tier
